Role & responsibilitiesAssistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Upcountry Sales- Meerut)Comfortable to handle (Meerut, Moradabad & Aligarh Location)Core ResponsibilitiesTo make Max Healthcare Hospital of Choice for the allocated region's people & Doctors.To effectively interface with the trade physicians and patients for promoting the services offered by the hospital.To demonstrate ability to implement sales promotion and relationship building initiatives.To create database of potential doctors & nursing homes / hospitals across location.To conceive plan and organize CMEs /OPDs/Camps other programs for MECP physicians.Responsible for newsletters to MECP doctors.To convene regular meetings and performance reviews involving team members and Team Leaders, MECP Relations.To maintain and track 'doctors' performance vis--vis MECP Relations Targets.To achieve target revenue of MECP Team.To manage MECP Relations team / provide leadership to the MECP Relations team to achieve their targets.Ensuring 80% business comes from TOP key specialties.#J-18808-Ljbffr
