Contract Recruiter – Manufacturing (Hourly)
Your Primary Duties And Responsibilities Will BeExecute full-cycle recruiting for all assigned positions and provide assistance with the recruitment efforts of other James Hardie recruitersCoordinate intake meetings for all newly assigned roles, update job postings and post on all relevant platformsDevelop effective recruitment strategies and locate and source passive talent as well as active job seekersLead the interviewing and candidate selection process from start to finish, including the scheduling of interviews and administering/review of assessments as neededDevelop professional relationships with candidates and serve as a liaison to prospective hires, clearly articulating the organization’s EVPServe as a business partner to department leaders and hiring managers by serving as a subject matter expert on recruitment industry trends and forecastingWork with Management and Human Resources partners to lead diversity and inclusion recruiting initiativesSuggest process changes to improve efficiency in the recruiting and hiring processMaintain candidate database using UKG recruiting gatewaySupport local HR teams with new employee onboarding, as neededWe Believe The Successful Candidate Will HaveFive (5)+ years full-cycle Hourly recruiting experience, either in-house or at recruiting agenciesBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experienceAbility to travel, as needed Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Highly organized and have an eye for detail, being driven to succeed Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems Proficiency with job board and social media platforms Core CompetenciesStrong CommunicationAttention to DetailMarketing and Negotiation SkillsRelationship BuildingTime-ManagementResults DrivenAdaptability/FlexibilityEthics and ValuesProficient Technological SkillsSuccess Measures Ninety (90) days: Proficient knowledge of James Hardie's EVP and recruitment processesEstablish cadence of weekly or Bi-Weekly recruitment updates for all assigned rolesEffective hiring strategies implementedEffectively managing assigned requisitions while successfully meeting James Hardie recruitment SLAsSix (6) Months: Advanced knowledge of James Hardie's EVP and recruitment processesImplementation of diversity recruitment strategies to support the organization’s BIPOC recruitment effortsConsistently earn positive feedback on quality of recruitment/interview experience from candidates and internal stakeholdersOne (1) year: Expert knowledge of James Hardie's EVP and recruitment processesSupport James Hardie by sharing, designing and implementing creative recruitment strategies and process improvementsSuccessfully complete performance-based hiring certification
