Forklift Operator - Canastota NY

The Fork Lift Operator is expected to perform tasks to aid and support production. This will include ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are conducted in a safe manner and with a focus on producing and supporting operators to produce quality product within the time required by our customers, and ensuring it is completed at the lowest cost possible. Responsibilities as a Forklift Operator:Operations:Perform standard responsibilities as a weighmaster within the assigned department - they include the following:Operate in accordance with all safety and quality policies and proceduresMeet or exceed demonstrated job functionsAide production associates with supplying lines for feedstock and production materialsSafety operate fork truck/pallet jackAble to tag in reels of wireAble to scan wire in and out of Kanban systemsAble to conduct all Quality Control Measurements.Able to read and utilize information on Method Master.Troubleshooting of the machine.Read micrometerHow to enter data to Company ComputerEqual Opportunity Employer
