WDC RE Finance Mid-Level Associate

Paul Hastings' Real Estate Finance Group is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their team in Washington, D.C. Substantive experience representing lenders on mortgage, mezzanine, and construction real estate loans as well as acquisition and disposition experience is preferred. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required.Please submit a cover letter, resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript. All candidates must be admitted to the DC Bar.The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $420,000 (annually).
