The result: fewer spreadsheets, faster launches, and clearer priorities for teams that want to raise more and waste less.We believe fundraising should be strategic, not stressful - and we're building the system that helps teams do more good with less friction.About the RoleAs an Account Executive, we are looking for someone who possesses a strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership, and a results-oriented mindset.You should have a track record of successful sales management & execution, particularly in sales to new customers, demonstrating their ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Preferably in the B2B SaaS nonprofit technology industry with a nonprofit background.You will have the opportunity to contribute to Avid's impact in the non-profit industry by being a successful member of a successful sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Manage a Robust Sales Pipeline:Find prospects and quickly establish credibility and relationships with nonprofitsBuild a pipeline of new sales opportunities using self-generated prospecting techniques along with developing warm leadsOwn the Sales Process:Deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/servicesLead comprehensive discovery calls, deliver live product demonstrations, and engage in detailed negotiations about Avid's software and services.Nonprofit Industry Expertise:Stay up to date on fundraising, CRM, AI, and nonprofit technology trends.Learn about the nonprofit fundraising space and quickly become an expert on the common software needs and pain points of nonprofit organizationsImmerse yourself in the nonprofit sector to build credibility to become a trusted advisor, educating prospects on Avid's value and how we help solve nonprofits challengesWhat We're Looking ForA proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS to nonprofits or B2B companies.A desire to develop or advance a career in technology salesProven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the software industry and/or within the nonprofit sectorStrong understanding of the sales process and a consultative selling approachExcellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skillsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independentlyStrong understanding of CRMs, fundraising platforms, payment processing, and APIs.Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling solutions.Familiarity with integrations and data flows between nonprofit tech tools.Passion for mission-driven work and the nonprofit sector.Why Join UsWe're on a mission to help nonprofits raise more, grow stronger, and drive impact with technology.
