As a Licensed Clinical Counselor, you'll provide compassionate, individualized care to patients struggling with substance use disorders, helping them build a future rooted in stability and hope.The Role:You'll guide patients through their recovery journey using evidence-based interventions, person-centered treatment planning, and therapeutic counseling. You'll also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each patient receives holistic support-meeting not just clinical needs but emotional, social, and behavioral ones, too.What You'll Do:Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plansFacilitate individual and group counseling sessions focused on recovery and behavior changeMaintain thorough and timely documentation of treatment progress in accordance with regulationsModify treatment plans based on clinical feedback and evolving patient needsRespond to crises and provide immediate support or interventionCollaborate closely with medical providers, case managers, and community partnersSupport patient aftercare planning and coordinate referrals to additional resourcesParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings, trainings, and clinical case reviewsAdvocate for patients' needs within the treatment system and communityWhat We're Looking For:Master's degree in Addiction Counseling, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldCurrent and unrestricted state licensure to practice independently as a behavioral health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)Experience in substance use disorder treatment preferredProficiency in evidence-based counseling practices and treatment planningStrong communication skills and the ability to foster trust and rapportFamiliarity with ethical, regulatory, and confidentiality standards in behavioral healthAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a treatment teamWhy CleanSlate?Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends or holidaysGenerous PTO, floating holiday, and paid company holidaysMedical, dental, and vision benefits + 401(k) with company matchCompany-paid life and disability insuranceProfessional Development Support: CEU PTO and allowance for licensure renewal and continuing educationA collaborative, mission-driven workplace committed to making a difference
