You will: Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments (with Admissions Nurse support) Develop and manage individualized plans of care Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, social workers, chaplains & aides Educate families on symptom management and disease progression Participate in IDT meetings Maintain timely, compliant documentationBuilt to Prevent BurnoutWe understand hospice RN concerns.
