Assist with conducting scenario testing. Monitor the activities at Mountain Valley Splash to preventaccidents and possible drownings. Exhibit all standards of AmericanRed Cross Lifeguard. Conduct pool inspections and completes pool chemical logs andreports imbalances to supervisor. Record daily participation numbers and ensures daily clingassignments are completed by guard staff. Report any safety concerns to management in a timely manner. Be knowledgeable of and perform first aid.
