Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings that enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and reconciliation Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to expand the bar menu Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours and special events Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably with fine dining or catering experience Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service standards Experience working with craft beer selections and beverage presentation skills Food service experience including food handling, serving, and understanding food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally at all times Basic math proficiency for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Hospitality industry experience demonstrating adaptability in dynamic environments Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your passion for beverages and exceptional service can shine!
