This role is responsible for outbound prospecting, identifying operational pain points, and booking qualified discovery calls with decision-makers.This is not transactional selling. Our solutions are consultative and designed for founders, COOs, and sales leaders who want to eliminate inefficiencies and gain clarity across their systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect mid-market companies experiencing system or operational frictionExecute outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedInIdentify decision-makers and qualify opportunitiesUncover pain related to tool sprawl, manual processes, and reporting issuesBook high-quality strategy calls for leadershipMaintain accurate CRM records and activity trackingCollaborate on messaging, targeting, and outbound strategyQualifications1 to 3 years of BDR, SDR, or outbound sales experience preferredStrong communication and discovery skillsComfortable engaging senior leadershipOrganized, disciplined, and performance-drivenCoachable with a strong work ethicExperience selling SaaS, automation, or technology solutions is a plus
