Salon Manager

NappStar is looking for a Part Time Salon Manager to join our NappStar ATL team who has availability to work Friday & Saturdays. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company and be a part of our amazing team. About NappStar ATL NappStar AT is the #1 loc salon in the ATL metro area. Description Duties and Responsibilities Perform salon services & consultations when needed Oversee daily salon operations. Provide excellent customer service. Ensure salon meets all health and safety standards. Train salon staff on hygiene, proper use of equipment, service their initial onboarding.. Oversee salon sales process (buying products, inventory management, ordering supplies, etc.). Oversee scheduling of clients, as well as managing the client experience. Maintain a clean and inviting salon environment. Respond to client concerns or requests in a timely, professional manner. Respond to client complaints / redos in a timely, professional manner. Respond to client requests in a timely, professional manner. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Ensure team members are in uniform standards Check stylist open / close forms per shift Hiring / Firing Team Member Schedule Team member Discipline Monthly Check Ins Recruiting as needed Communicate with Social Media Team when a stylist is ready to be on camera Quarterly check ins for uniforms, capes Update for CEO’s Client complaints Ban clients - add notes when banning Experience and Qualifications At least 1 year of Management experience (salon owner or manager), or 5+ years experience as a Stylist. Proven sales experience. Salary $27 - $30 per hour
