Transcon Agent, 2nd Shift

Day to Day:• Execute and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and smooth process flow• Maintain accurate operational data, billing, and financial records aligned to SOPs and KPIs• Proactively communicate shipment status and resolve issues with customers and partners• Complete client billing, invoice review, dispute resolution, and file closeoutEnsure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and external regulationsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
