*Requirements:*
* 5+ years of structural engineering experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* *Texas PE license required.*
* Strong experience with *wood-framed residential and multifamily/apartment projects*.
* Experience with gravity loads, beam sizing, and wall bracing for lateral wind loads.
* Proficiency with *Revit and AutoCAD*.
* Experience reviewing structural drawings, performing QC, and mentoring EITs/designers.
* Ability to work with builders, clients, contractors, and project teams.
*Responsibilities:*
* Perform structural analysis and design for residential and multifamily projects.
* Develop structural calculations, drawings, and framing designs.
* Review designs for accuracy, constructability, and quality.
* Provide technical solutions to builders, clients, and contractors.
* Support project schedules and provide guidance to junior team members.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
