Job description - next level holistic healing is looking for body workers. We are looking for a certificated massage therapist, trigger point method, or physical therapist, somebody who has knowledge about bodywork. We are famously known for our holistic posture therapy. We want to grow and expand you will be training to do our hands on therapy and help our client database and new clients we book. It’s all focused on posture therapy at our wellness center that is why we ask for background knowledge and know that you will have to go through training when applying for this job ad. Thank you Are you ready to take your massage skills to the next level? We are hiring to train side by side, Joseph Gonzales who created holistic posture therapy. What is holistic posture therapy? Hands on therapy remove stagnant energy and tension patterns that enable the body to open up and heal holistically which is similar to a massage but penetrates on a deeper level to manipulate muscles and other soft tissues of the body. Through touch and pressure points the body is able to unwind, the therapist works to improve the client’s overall wellness by relieving pain, soothing injuries, increasing relaxation and improving circulation. Please note- we are looking for somebody who can give two days a week or three and live close by. Thank you! Responsibilities The therapist is also responsible for maintaining a detailed client history, which may include past injuries or health conditions. Provide 60 minute or 90 minute session depending on the clients injuries and custom plan Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body Advise clients on stretching, strengthening and getting them on a program for structural training Book future appointments and get clients on a schedule Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire Experience Certified massage therapist or other body w Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $40.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Tips License/Certification: Massage Therapy License (Required) Work Location: In person
