A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:/nRN - Acute Care/n/nJob Details:/n• Work variable 12-hour shifts with 3 shifts per week scheduling requirement/n• Care for 24-bed acute care unit with 6-7:1 patient ratios/n• Floating required but rare occurrence/n• Work with standard medical/surgical equipment and Cerner documentation system/n• Must have experience with geriatric care or inpatient rehab (swing bed patients)/n• Advanced wound care skills needed/n• Perform minor procedures on the unit/n• Required certification: BLS/n• Preferred certifications: ACLS, CPI/n• Work without unit secretary, tech support, or extra RN when tech unavailable/n• Provide concierge-level service to affluent community patients/n• Dress code requires all navy scrubs or navy top with white bottoms/n• Join a unit with excellent culture and strong teamwork environment/n/nFacility:/nThis healthcare facility is a community hospital that provides comprehensive medical services with a focus on high-quality patient care.
