Director of Food and BeverageAs the Director of Food and Beverage, you will lead all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability across restaurants, bars, and banquets. You'll oversee staffing, budgeting, and guest satisfaction while driving innovation and efficiency. This leadership role requires a strong hospitality background, attention to detail, and a passion for creating outstanding dining experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be the visionary leader of our hotel's dining experiences, overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations. Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, developing innovative menus and offerings, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. You will report to the General Manager. A career as a director of food and beverage can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional food and beverage director, general manager, or even corporate-level positions. Education & ExperienceHotel experience is always a plus!
