Overview As Software Engineering Manager, you lead an experienced Agile team responsible for mission-critical APIs and services built on C#/.NET. You will drive delivery, reliability, and ownership of systems that the business depends on 24x7. You’ll shape engineering practices, balance feature delivery with stability, and mentor engineers to grow their skills. This role partners with product, QA, DevOps, and security to raise the operational bar. You’ll be stewarding a culture of ownership, collaboration, and measurable impact.
