In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and provide tailored recommendations to meet their needs. Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, assisting with deposits, loans, and other financial transactions, and introducing bank products and services. You will also identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through cross-selling and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations while delivering exceptional client service. Qualifications Proficiency in client relationship management, customer service, and communication skillsSolid understanding of financial products, banking services, and account managementProblem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to identifying client needsExperience with sales, cross-selling, and achieving business development goalsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling financial transactionsKnowledge of banking regulations and commitment to complianceFamiliarity with financial software and systems is a plusBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
