This position will be responsible for the TCH invoicing process, auditing customer accounts, verifying pick tickets, and posting COD orders. This position is responsible for check and cash payment applications as well as daily bank deposits. We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Billing Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will help maintain the integrity of our financial data and contribute to the overall success of our organization.Essential Job Functions:Process daily posting error reports - resolving errors and obtaining necessary approvalsProcess daily invoice batch - sending invoices to customer via email or email and printVerify pick tickets - address errors, backorders, holds and LTL ordersAudit Open Sales Orders to ensure timely billingDaily check applications and bank depositsWeekly cash applications and bank depositProcess Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and post to customer accountsApply customer credit cards payments to invoices upon requestBackup to receptionist when needed , distribute mail and answer phone callsMeet month end deadlines for invoicing in proper accounting period and filing of paperworkResponsible for filing of sales orders, pick tickets, bank deposit recordsTrack and fix MBC billing errors for accurate invoicingOther duties as assignedSkills Requirements1 year Billing or Accounting experienceProficient computer skills in a Google based environment, specifically spreadsheets and docsAbility to learn new softwareHighly detail-orientedSelf-motivated to keep on schedule with minimal supervisionOrganized individual who is able to manage work flow efficientlyExcellent customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the CompanyFavorable results from a criminal background checkWorking ConditionsOffice environment involving extended periods of computer work with the option to sit or stand.BenefitsWe offer a full benefit package including 401(k) with match, continued training and development.TCH is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.Visit us at www.tchco.com
