In this role, you’ll coordinate across multiple teams to ensure jobs run smoothly, materials are ready, and production deadlines are met.Location: Morrisville, NCSchedule: OnsitePay & Benefits: Competitive compensation + full benefits package + growth opportunitiesWhat You’ll DoBuild and maintain daily and weekly production schedulesCoordinate across pressroom, bindery, shipping, warehouse, and logistics teamsEnsure materials are staged and ready for scheduled production jobsTrack production progress and adjust schedules as neededMaintain accurate scheduling and job status recordsCommunicate schedule changes and updates to key stakeholdersSupport inventory accuracy and workflow alignmentIdentify and escalate risks to production timelinesWhat You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)3+ years of experience in scheduling, manufacturing, or printing operationsStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of print production processes preferredStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsWhy Join MPG?Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, is the largest trading card printer in the world.
