This is an excellent opportunity to support high-risk pregnancy management in a dynamic environment, offering competitive pay and benefits along with the chance to work with dedicated healthcare professionals.What You'll Do:Provide expert maternal fetal medicine services in both office and inpatient settings at Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center.Perform high-risk pregnancy assessments, including procedures like amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and cerclage.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NPs, sonographers, genetic counselors, and nursing staff.Manage high-risk pregnancies with a focus on complex conditions such as pre-eclampsia, multiple gestations, growth restrictions, and genetic disorders.Ensure precise documentation using EPIC and Viewpoint EMR systems.Required Skills:Board certification or eligibility in Maternal Fetal Medicine or Maternal and Fetal Medicine specialties.Proven experience performing amniocentesis, CVS, and managing high-risk pregnancies.Strong knowledge of obstetric ultrasound, fetal monitoring, and maternal co-morbidities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently while coordinating with supporting staff.Nice to Have Skills:Experience supervising or mentoring healthcare providers or learners.Proficiency in advanced fetal procedures or genetic counseling.Familiarity with hospital EMR systems beyond EPIC and Viewpoint.Preferred Education and Experience:MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.Active medical license in Virginia or ability to obtain one within 90 days.Minimum of 3+ years of maternal fetal medicine experience, particularly in high-volume clinical settings.Other Requirements:Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days.Ability to work on scheduled open dates with flexibility.Coverage includes support with travel expenses such as flights, lodging, car rental, and mileage reimbursed at IRS rates.Possession of and compliance with all relevant medical certifications and licenses.This is your chance to provide exceptional care to expectant mothers and their families while enjoying comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment.
