We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team.The RoleThis position is responsible for the hands-on management of our on-site projects. You will act as the central point of coordination between the design team, subcontractors, and the Jensen head office. We are looking for a natural team player who can balance the needs of various stakeholders while maintaining a clean, organized, and productive job site.Key Responsibilities• Project Oversight: Schedule and implement high-end custom builds from development through final construction, ensuring every phase is finished on time and on budget.• Multi-Tasking: Manage day-to-day on-site operations, including resource analysis, material procurement, and labor allocation across various project scopes.• Quality Control: As a detail-oriented manager, you will inspect all work performed by subcontractors, holding them accountable to the highest quality standards.• Liaison & Coordination: Troubleshoot with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to keep the project moving forward without compromising design intent.• Documentation & Tech: Ensure project documents are complete and current.
