Key Responsibilities Supervise RBTs and student analysts while managing a real caseload Conduct caregiver training and facilitate social skills groups Ensure a minimum of 30 clinical hours per week with a focus on treatment hour utilization Required Qualifications Active BCBA certification Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience Fluency in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment Ability to adapt supervision to individual needs Proven ability to manage time and documentation independently
