TOSCANO is coming to Herriman UT! (Opening in June 2026) TOSCANO HERRIMAN is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager (FOH) to lead our Full-Service restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Basic Qualifications (the experience is not negotiable and must be experience with Full-Service restaurants!) Minimum of two (2) years of Management experience in a Full-Service restaurant environment, including beer and spirits service Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills Proven ability to drive sales, manage costs, and achieve profitability goals Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Position Details Full-Time Position Forty-five (45) hours per week required (it will be a bit more during Holiday Seasons) In-person role Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, production, quality assurance, and operational controls Ensure efficient, smooth, and profitable daily restaurant operations Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff while providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback Maintain high standards of guest service by resolving concerns promptly and professionally Monitor sales, labor, and operating expenses to achieve financial objectives Manage inventory, vendor ordering, and cost-control initiatives Develop and implement marketing and guest retention strategies Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and sanitation regulations Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards Review labor reports and tip distributions bi-weekly to ensure payroll accuracy Ensure staff professionalism, uniform compliance, and thorough menu knowledge Stay informed on industry trends and implement improvements to enhance the guest experience Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience; negotiable) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Employee Discounts Paid Vacation Time-Off Benefits become available after thirty (30) days of full-time employment.
