Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in Alexandria, VA, with some opportunities for remote work. The RBT will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and providing direct one-on-one therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Duties also include working collaboratively with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior support strategies and promoting skill development in children with ASD or other developmental disabilities. Qualifications Proficient in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniquesExperience in Behavioral Intervention and understanding behavior management plansStrong skills in Communication and collaboration with children, families, and team membersFoundational knowledge of Psychology or related behavioral science studiesRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain itCompassionate and patient approach when working with childrenHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
