Scenic Group US/LATAM is looking to hire an Outbound Personal Travel Concierge to join our team. This remote, full‑time phone‑based role requires excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
Essential Functions
Deliver exceptional guest experience either over the phone or via email.
Process sales calls to close new individual sales for direct guests.
Answer detailed questions regarding itineraries, ships, and land programs offered by Scenic Luxury Cruise & Tours and Emerald Cruises.
Accurately quote rates, promotions, and flights using Sabre software; provide general information about ships, onboard experiences, and itineraries.
Utilize techniques to upsell suite categories, hotel packages, and ancillary products.
Communicate and follow up with guests to collect payment.
Develop positive working relationships with various departments and staff worldwide.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines, including attendance and workforce adherence.
Provide 5‑star service to direct guests at all times.
Achieve monthly KPI’s, including minimum guests booked, attendance adherence, and successful call monitoring.

Experience with an ocean‑cruising company; luxury travel experience preferred.
Former travel agents are encouraged to apply.
Experience with Sabre flight software is a plus.
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in a call center (customer service/hospitality environment) is desirable.
Experience in the cruise industry or travel industry (required).
Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience (high volume of dials preferred).
Schedule Availability
Work shift flexibility: Your shift can fall anytime between 9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. The department is open on Saturday & Sunday, and additional shifts may be assigned on weekends as needed.
Pacific Standard Timezone (PST) variation: Personal Travel Concierges located in PST will work a permanent 9:00 am‑5:00 pm PST (Monday through Friday). Weekend schedules are optional at this time, but shifts may be assigned depending on business needs.
Training Environment
Training will take place virtually for approximately four to six weeks. You will receive in‑depth training, including quizzes to measure success with the program. Personal Travel Concierges are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to learn.
Work Environment
This is a work‑from‑home position. Your home office must be quiet with no outside noise or interruptions. Home internet should have a minimum of 100 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload. Call center operations run Monday‑Friday (9:00 am‑8:00 pm EST) and Saturday‑Sunday (10:00 am‑6:00 pm EST). Personal Travel Concierges located in PST will work a permanent 9:00 am‑5:00 pm PST shift (Monday‑Friday). Weekend schedules remain optional, with shifts potentially assigned as needs arise.
