Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Adhesive Laminator Operator located in Watertown, CT. The Adhesive Laminator Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating adhesive lamination machinery, monitoring equipment performance, performing quality checks, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, inspecting laminated materials for quality, and collaborating with team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently. Qualifications Experience in operating and troubleshooting adhesive lamination or similar machineryUnderstanding of material handling processes, quality assurance, and safety proceduresTechnical skills in equipment setup, calibration, and maintenanceAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skillsEffective communication and teamwork skills for a collaborative work environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and follow instructionsPrevious experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is advantageous
