RN Home Health Supervisor
(full-time, permanent hire position with excellent full benefits/bonus package in addition to a very competitive base compensation structure!)
Responsibilities:
Meet clients and families in their home setting
Develop a plan of care including nursing and support services that meet the client's needs
Determine what care giver team members are appropriate to meet the client's needs and manage that team ongoing
Available to client and team on a daily basis to ensure services are provided timely and in full compliance with the clients stated desires.
Requirements:
Licensed Registered Nurse. BSN preferred
Supervisory experience
Prior home care experience REQUIRED
Private pay experience preferred
3+ years clinical experience
Valid US Drivers License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
