We are united by a common mission: to deliver services and technology that fundamentally change how skilled workers and the businesses they serve get hard work done.Job DescriptionThe Reservoir Engineer / Advisor I provides technical leadership and guidance to support reservoir performance, development planning, and asset optimization. This role is responsible for conducting advanced reservoir engineering studies, including simulation modeling, depletion planning, and uncertainty analysis, to support decision-making and maximize asset value.The position works closely with multidisciplinary teams, contributing technical expertise to drilling, production, and facilities planning while ensuring high technical standards. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, supporting risk assessments, and delivering clear technical insights to stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical guidance and support to reservoir engineering teams to achieve performance objectivesDevelop reservoir management plans, strategies, and optimization programsBuild, run, and evaluate reservoir simulation models to assess depletion strategies and technical challengesPerform reservoir studies including PVT, inflow/outflow analysis, relative permeability, and SCAL evaluationsConduct uncertainty analysis and support value-of-information studies for data acquisition planningEvaluate reservoir performance to support asset development and acquisition decisionsLead or participate in technical peer reviews to maintain high engineering standardsCollaborate with drilling, production, and facilities teams to support integrated project executionIdentify risks and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with project teamsPrepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to stakeholders and leadershipMaintain accurate documentation of analyses, models, and study resultsSupport regulatory compliance requirements as neededMentor and guide less experienced engineersFacilitate team meetings and contribute to cross-functional collaborationAdapt to changing priorities and provide timely updates on project progressSkillsStrong expertise in reservoir engineering fundamentals and practicesAdvanced knowledge of reservoir simulation and dynamic modelingAbility to analyze complex datasets and develop data-driven insightsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsEffective communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teamsHigh attention to detail and technical accuracyStrong organizational and project management abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis toolsExperience with reservoir engineering and data visualization software (e.g., simulation tools, analytics platforms)QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)5-10 years of experience in reservoir engineering within the oil and gas industryExperience with reservoir simulation, modeling, and performance analysisFamiliarity with reservoir management practices and workflowsExperience with data-driven tools and platforms (e.g., reservoir modeling or analytics software) preferredExperience in unconventional or basin-focused assets preferredStrong communication skills with experience presenting technical results to diverse audiencesAbility to work in high-performance, fast-paced environmentsWillingness to travel or work in field or remote locations as requiredDemonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team membersJob Details:Location: Spring, TXPay: $110/hrSchedule: M- F
