We have several active full-time positions with our direct clients and implementation partners across the United States (No C2C).| Full-Time Roles Only.Title: Senior Business Analyst – Performio/Data Integration – Remote)What We're Looking For:Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst supporting large-scale enterprise implementations within complex B2B environments.Strong experience eliciting, documenting, analyzing, and validating business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements, and integration specifications across multiple enterprise systems.Hands-on experience with Performio, including understanding of Performio functionality, capabilities, business rules, integrations, and commission calculation logic.Proven expertise in data modeling, data mapping, source-to-target mapping, process modeling, and impact analysis across enterprise applications and data platforms.Experience designing, documenting, and supporting data integrations between systems such as SAP, Workday, Data Lake platforms, Territory Management Systems, and custom enterprise applications.Strong understanding of Compensation Management Systems, Sales Compensation processes, commission structures, incentive programs, and multi-tier sales channel models.Experience validating data integrity, reconciliation processes, and end-to-end source-to-target data flows to ensure accurate and reliable business outcomes.Strong experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, test planning, defect management, and business validation activities.Experience working within Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers.Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC Sales & Billing, Data Lakes, BigQuery, GCP, Azure, PeopleSoft, and Jira.📢Please reach me at 732-348-5149 or you can send me your updated resume at javeed@ptcit.com
