Payload Design Engineer
Title— Structure & Payload Design Engineer Location- Everett, WA (Onsite Job) Duration- 12+ Months (Possibility of extension) Job Description Payloads are seeking candidates with experience in the following areas:Experience with engineering processes and tools; including CSDT, CATIA, ENOVIA, PDM, and associated release processes.Experience with aircraft cabin and cargo engineering products and designsExperience with engineering support within a production systemExperience with direct engagement working with/for aerospace suppliers or airlinesExperience supporting the validation of compliance to regulatory requirementsExperience working with regulatorsExperience with Design for manufacturingExperience with Aircraft cargo compartment and handling system design, integration, and/or certificationExperience working in a cross-functional team.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Basic understanding and demonstrated experience with FAA Title 14 Part 25 and/or EASA equivalent.Experience in aerospace interiors, materials and properties, design criteria and release processes2+ years of experience in program or project management, leading project and/or program proposals of varying complexity (including: development and execution of schedule milestones, financial assessments, resource assessments, risk and/or issues management, etc.).Demonstrates good problem-solving skills and critical thinkingAbility to use a variety of media to clearly convey information and ideas to a variety of audiences
