BIM Coordinator

This international design firm is looking for a talented BIM Coordinator to join their New York studio and provide leadership to the in-house BIM support team.Key responsibilities:Lead and mentor junior BIM specialists, providing guidance, support and mentorshipEnsure BIM support is consistent across all office projects, providing regular check-ins and real-time problem solvingAssist project teams in meeting BIM delivery requirements Setup new BIM project files at project concept and perform regular audits to ensure BIM model health Liaise with design team consultants and oversee Revit model integrationProvide leadership on emerging technologies and develop techniques that can be integrated into project workflowsDeliver learning/upskill sessions to improve project teams advanced Revit skillsSkills and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.4-7 years' professional experience across all project stagesMinimum 3 years of experience in a Revit focused rolePrevious experience in large-scale complex projectsAdvanced proficiency in Revit modelling, documentation and supportExperience in BIM integration of Rhino, Grasshopper, and DynamoScripting language experience is a plus (Python, C#, C++)This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a specialist team in a top tier firm and work on a variety of high-profile projects!
