Physical Therapist Location: Luverne, MN Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,866 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 5/18/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: PT Specialty: Physical Therapy Duration: 12 Weeks Shift: 8-Hour Days Hours per Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Thursday; 8am-3pm Friday Experience: Minimum 1 year License: MN PTA licensure Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: General physical therapy skills Description: Important information to review: All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility. Dress code is business casual or specific polo colors. General job duties include inpatient and outpatient general rural practice physical therapy. Documentation is done via Epic. Equipment utilized includes blood flow restriction devices, ultrasound, E-stim, Ionto, and general therapy equipment. There may be opportunities to float to other clinics if necessary, but the primary work location will be designated. The facility provides a supportive environment with a well-established physical therapy department. The department includes full-time PT staff, along with occupational therapy, speech therapy, and cardiac rehabilitation. Training and orientation specific to the department will be provided. The facility is a critical access hospital with both inpatient and outpatient services. Nurse to patient ratio is managed according to standards. No call or weekend shifts are required. There may be opportunities to work independently when staff therapists are unavailable. Additional support is available from PT staff for assistance and questions.
