You will start with in‑office training and, once ready, can transition to a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Set appointments to assess prospective clients’ financial resources and needs. Recommend life and health insurance policies to generate sales. Provide continuous, excellent customer service to the client base. Compensation First four weeks, eligible for up to $1,000 in bonuses ($250 per week). Average first‑year earnings: $50,000 – $80,000, plus up to $19,000 in sales‑matching bonuses. Experienced agents can earn $100,000+ through commissions and bonuses. Career Support Flexible work schedule after completion of initial training (4–12 weeks). Pre‑licensing training provided at no cost; candidates pay for state exam. Multiple career tracks, including benefit‑eligible management positions. No prior experience required; agents come from diverse backgrounds.
