The ideal candidate for a Process Mapping Engineer role should have a strong background in engineering, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesMap business processes both within and across multiple cross functional departments including engineering, finance, manufacturing and supply chain.Creating process maps and flowcharts to help visualize and understand the process including activities, roles and responsibilities, data and tool/software usage.Collaborating with various business units, stakeholders, and team members to gather process information and requirementsAssessing existing business processes and drive process improvements by identifying areas for waste, redundancy or lack of clarification.Designing efficient and effective business processes that meet the business needs and objectivesAssist in the successful deployment of the process changes to the business including communication, training and after deployment feedback.Training and guiding staff members on new processes and proceduresMonitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of new processes and making adjustments as necessaryMaintain process models in a configuration control environment.Act as a subject matter expert in helping to move business from a digital process environment to digitalizing all of business processes together within a enterprise-wide integrated state.Ensuring all business processes comply with industry regulations and standardsSkills RequiredExcellent oral and written communications.Our ideal candidates are familiar with business process modeling techniques and have hands-on experience with process improvement projects.Proven work experience as a Business Process Engineer or similar roleExperience with business process mapping and modelingKnowledge of business process management principles and best practices * Process gap identification and process flow optimization recommendation experienceProven experience mapping process to roles and responsibilities to tools to data flowExperience using digitalization mapping tools such as Prime BPMExperience leading Kaizen eventsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsSkills PreferredExperience with structured problem-solving techniquesKnowledge of technical requirements and systems relevant to Combat VehiclesKnowledge of metrics related to Agile and use of them to report back to team members at all levels1+ years of Scrum/Agile managementIn-depth knowledge of Engineering and/or manufacturing environmentsExperience with project managementExperience RequiredMinimum 6 years of relevant experienceExperience Preferred10 years of relevant experienceEducation RequiredBachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Manufacturing or relevant equivalent fieldEducation PreferredMaster s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing or relevant equivalent field)#ProcessMapping #BusinessProcessEngineering #ProcessImprovement #DigitalTransformation #BPM #BusinessProcessManagement #Kaizen #Agile #Scrum #Manufacturing #EngineeringJobs #SupplyChain #FinanceOperations #ContinuousImprovement #ProcessOptimization #PrimeBPM #LeanManufacturing #SystemsEngineering #DigitalEnterprise #HiringNow
