Customer Service Representative-Part-timeFrandsen Bank & Trust is a growing community-oriented company looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work at our Ada, MN office. This position works in a team environment to provide direct customer support. A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality service. In the few minutes necessary to perform most transactions, a CSR must meet customer expectations of receiving friendly, accurate, and efficient service.Job Duties:Provide superior customer service by being professionally helpful, curious, and courageousProcess customer transactions accurately and proficientlyMaintain exceptional cash handling skills and accurate balancingConsistently make customer introductions to banking partners to grow relationshipsDiligently examine all transactions to prevent losses and deter fraudulent activityDesired Skills:High school diploma or equivalentCash handling experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detailProficiency in computersSalary range for this role is $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
