Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Material Handler to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing materials movement within our warehouse, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring the safe handling of products. Your proactive approach will support our production and shipping processes, contributing to the seamless operation of our facility. Responsibilities Load and unload materials using forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment while adhering to OSHA safety standards Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems Operate cranes and mechanical equipment for handling large or heavy items with precision Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Conduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting to move materials safely within the warehouse Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Support warehouse supervisors in inventory management and materials tracking Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, and materials handling Skilled in operating forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and crane equipment safely Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to heavy equipment operation and manual handling Mechanical knowledge or construction experience is a plus for understanding equipment functions Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper manual handling techniques Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in shipping & receiving processes Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in aerospace support!
