Process Control Associate
The main responsibility for the position is to perform condition monitoring of the processing equipment. It also implement preventive maintenance activities together with electrical and mechanical team, monitor processes, suggests improvement of the processes and upgrade of existing equipment within factory premises. Helps Process Control Supervisor in planning activities and decision making. The position further ensures that all condition monitoring and control equipment is in working status, collects data of machine status and provide analyses for proactive maintenance.
As the Process Control Associate in the area of Process Control, you will:
Condition Monitoring Activity and Reporting
Conducts equipment condition monitoring inspections as per plan and activity list, reports findings and recommends and helps in planning jobs, resources and time needed for execution of jobs needed in order to sustain readiness of machines and equipment for processing
Executes job efficiently and deliver on time, taking responsibility to identify, define and propose solution for the findings or breakdowns
Perform planned preventive maintenance checks and tasks
Proposing and following up corrective actions and implementing countermeasures to minimize reoccurrence of faults
Ensures condition monitoring and control equipment is in working status
Collects data of machine statuses and provide analyses for proactive maintenance
Ensures relevant maintenance parts are sourced and usage reported in a timely manner to minimize disruption
Together with Process control supervisor, generate day-to-day root cause analysis reports as backed by available machine information
Plant Availability Management
Ensures equipment reliability to maximize productivity by assisting in installation of new equipment, condition monitoring equipment, as well as configuration and simulation to make equipment operational to required standards
Contributes to designs, calibration, maintains, troubleshooting, or repairing of equipment, condition monitoring equipment and testing equipment and recommending new systems and/or modifying existing systems to suit plant requirements
Plant Automation Management (For Electrician)
Ensures equipment reliability to maximize productivity by assisting in programming of new equipment, modifying existing programs and equipment, condition monitoring equipment, as well as configuration and simulation to make equipment operational to required standards
Supports and if dedicated lead calibration, troubleshooting, or repairing of electrical instruments, condition monitoring equipment's and testing equipment
Condition checking of all control instruments
Maintains factory network
Maintenance Activities
Joins the engineering team on stop day maintenance activities as planned
Fully involved in off-season maintenance with planned activities
Ensures that the maintenance activities are performed according to JTI standards
Takes active role in downtime assessment with providing solution and support of minimizing possibility of recurrence's
Planning
Help Process Control supervisor in preparation of budgets for ASP and OLs
Take part in designing of reporting tools
Manage all aspects of SAP, PR, GR, Monitoring, within its role ensuring all submission deadlines are met, according to agreed timelines with finance.

Report Hazardous conditions to line manager
Ensure risk assessment of all routine and non-routine activities under their supervision with the support of EHS
Participation in EHS walk to verify EHS performance and take actions to improve safety at the site
Create and embrace Safety Culture on a daily bases
Ensures that all work is done according to JTI, ISO, EHS, Robustification and 5S3R standards
As member of Robustification team, employee is responsible to ensure that Robustification standard is rolled out and followed throughout the factory
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic engineering from any recognized institute
Electrical : 2 - 4 years working experience in Instrumentation and Programming
Mechanical : 2 - 5 years working experience with mechanical maintenance and fittings tasks
Computer Skills - Moderate knowledge of Microsoft office,
Excellent Visualization ability, Ability to read drawing and engineering documents.
Time management skills
Mechanical : Knowledge in Auto CADD (Solid Works) is an advantage
Electrical : Confident in PLC programming (Siemens-Simatic Manager, TIA portal), HMI design and communication (Siemens) packages. or knowledge in Schneider PLC programing is an advantage
Fluent in Bengali and English
