Senior Project Manager (Level IV)The Senior Project Manager (Level IV) is responsible for the full lifecycle leadership of LINX's largest, most complex, and highest-risk projects and programs. This role operates with strategic foresight and executive presence, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and at or above targeted margins.The Senior PM independently oversees large enterprise systems, phased campus deployments, multi-year contract programs, and high technical complexity design-build portfolios. This role acts as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, proactively identifies contractual and financial risk exposure, and drives margin expansion through disciplined financial oversight and operational leadership.Beyond assigned projects, the Senior PM contributes to organizational health by mentoring Project Managers, influencing process improvements, participating in bid reviews and preconstruction planning, and advising leadership on backlog strength and portfolio risk trends.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project LeadershipLead the execution of LINX's largest and most technically complex projects for large hyperscale customers, including:Design-build engagementsMulti-phase campus installationsEnterprise-wide system deploymentsMulti-year contract programsEstablish executive-level project governance and communication cadence.Act as escalation point for client and internal issues.Lead cross-functional coordination between operations, engineering, procurement, and field teams.Resolve resource conflicts across portfolios to protect schedule and margin.Drive proactive schedule compression planning and risk mitigation strategies.Executive Client EngagementServe as primary interface with:Security DirectorsCIO / IT LeadershipFacilities ExecutivesLead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).Facilitate enterprise roadmap discussions.Confidently handle executive-level conflict and negotiation.Align project execution with broader strategic account objectives.Financial & Margin LeadershipOwn full financial performance of assigned projects and programs.Drive margin expansion through:Cost forecasting disciplineLabor efficiency oversightProcurement strategy alignmentChange order optimizationIdentify financial patterns across multiple projects.Monitor backlog health and advise leadership on portfolio exposure.Provide leadership with forward-looking financial risk assessments.Risk Management & Contract OversightProactively review:Prime contract terms and conditionsLiquidated damages exposureSchedule compression liabilityScope gaps and ambiguitiesParticipate in bid reviews and preconstruction risk planning.Identify early indicators of financial or operational risk.Implement mitigation strategies before escalation is required.Field & Operational LeadershipProvide executive-level field support on critical milestones.Ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and site organization standards.Drive collaboration across multiple trades and subcontractors.Oversee large-scale material and logistics coordination for complex deployments.Organizational ImpactInformally mentor and coach Project Managers.Influence process improvements across project delivery functions.Participate in leadership planning sessions.Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards.Strengthen cross-functional alignment across departments.This job description outlines the general nature and level of work expected for this role.
