Escape Room Entertainer/Team Lead – The Great Escape Room BostonThe Great Escape Room Boston is looking for team members to help us grow and create an unforgettable adventure for our guests.We are currently hiring a Game Show Host who will be inside the room, leading live, interactive experiences. This role is perfect for someone with a strong personality who enjoys entertaining, engaging with people, and being at the center of the action.The most important qualifications we are looking for are:ReliabilityA flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysA confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skillsThe ideal candidate is someone who:Connects easily with people and creates a fun, welcoming environmentIs comfortable speaking to and entertaining groupsCan think on their feet and adapt to different personalities and situationsTakes initiative and actively improves their areas of responsibilityBrings energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor into every experienceWhat you'll do:Host live, in-room game show experiencesGuide guests through the game while maintaining high energy and immersionDeliver clear instructions while keeping the experience fun and engagingCreate memorable moments that guests will talk about long after they leaveTeam Lead Responsibilities:Support daily operations by helping ensure shifts run smoothly and efficientlyAssist with light administrative tasks such as opening and closing procedures, reporting, and basic scheduling supportHelp oversee game flow and room readiness to maintain a high-quality guest experienceAct as a point of support for team members during shifts, helping answer questions and problem-solve in real timeModel strong communication, professionalism, and accountability for the teamIdentify opportunities for improvement and help implement solutions to enhance operations and guest satisfactionWe're Looking For Someone Who:Has a strong, outgoing personality and natural stage presenceIs comfortable speaking to groups and being the center of attentionHas experience in acting, hosting, improv, or entertainmentHas worked in customer service, events, or attractionsLoves games, puzzles, or interactive experiencesThinks quickly and can improvise with confidenceBrings enthusiasm, humor, and charisma to every interactionIs reliable, professional, and team-orientedInterview Process:This position includes an audition-style interview.
