Software Engineer (Full Stack .NET)

Summary: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to join Work & Material Management (WAMM) team and support their ongoing Digital First Transformation initiatives.✅ Hybrid Requirement (Mandatory) Candidates must work onsite in Jackson, MI every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remotely on Monday and Friday.What You'll Do:• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET 5+• Build modern front-end applications using Angular, React, or Next.js• Develop and troubleshoot Azure cloud-based solutions• Support application integrations with SAP PO/BTP• Resolve production issues and ensure application reliability• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business Stakeholders •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth• Participate in Agile practices, paired programming, and code reviewsRequired Qualifications:✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field✔ 4+ years of experience with .NET 5+✔ 4+ years of experience with Angular, React, or Next.js✔ Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications✔ Strong cloud troubleshooting and implementation experience✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills✔ Ability to own solutions end-to-endPreferred Skills:✅ Azure✅ CI/CD Pipelines✅ Agile / XP Practices✅ Test Driven Development (TDD)✅ Paired Programming✅ SAP PO / SAP BTP✅ PowerApps✅ .NET Framework 4.x✅ Networking Documentation (Firewalls, IA Diagrams, Flow Mapping)
