We are expanding rapidly and are looking for talented individuals that are eager to grow their careers while the company continues to expand.We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lot Porter to support our Collision Center operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot, removing debris, and moving vehicles safely and efficiently to support workflow in the shop.Key ResponsibilitiesMove vehicles throughout the collision center and lot as directedMaintain cleanliness of the lot, including removing debris and keeping work areas organizedAssist technicians and advisors by ensuring vehicles are staged properly for repairs, estimates, and deliveryPerform basic exterior cleaning of vehicles as neededCheck in and organize incoming and outgoing vehiclesSupport overall shop efficiency by ensuring vehicles are in the correct location at the right timeFollow all safety procedures while operating vehicles on propertyQualificationsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to safely operate both automatic vehicles in a busy lot environmentStrong attention to detail and sense of urgencyReliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitudeAbility to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periodsBenefits & Employee PerksMedical, Dental, Vision, and Complimentary Life Insurance 401k Matching and FSA Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off (accrues) Supplemental Insurance (Hospital, Accident, Critical Illness) Discounts on Vehicles, Services, and Parts
