Job Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and will play a critical role in maintaining the high level of quality expected by our customers. Responsibilities: - Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and FDA regulations. - Operate and maintain vision inspection systems, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform quality checks on products. - Analyze data and results from quality checks to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Develop and implement quality control procedures, including HACCP plans. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all aspects of the production process. - Utilize software such as Calypso to track and record quality control activities. - Utilize a micrometer to measure product dimensions. - Ensure that all quality control activities are documented in accordance with company policies and FDA regulations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Quality Assurance or Engineering. - Experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry. - Knowledge of FDA regulations and HACCP principles. - Experience with vision inspection systems, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Education and experience: -bachelor's degree in life science (e.g chemistry, biochemistry, or related feild ) or pharmacy from an accredited 4 yrs college or university. 6 or more years of demonstrated excellence in an industrial laboratory related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, specializing in sterile dosage forms .
