Role Description The Director of Sales and Marketing will oversee and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives to enhance occupancy and revenue for Pine Ridge of Garfield Senior Living. This full-time, on-site position is based in Macomb, MI, and involves building relationships with prospective residents and their families, managing the sales cycle, conducting community tours, and overseeing the development of marketing materials and campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with team members to plan events, analyze market trends, and ensure high-quality resident experiences. Qualifications Sales and relationship-building skills, including lead generation, prospect conversion, and customer relationship managementMarketing expertise in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, including event planning and promotional campaignsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating and managing marketing content materialsAnalytical skills to assess market trends, measure campaign success, and create actionable insightsLeadership and team collaboration capabilities to inspire staff and maintain excellent service standardsPrior experience in senior living with a strong preference for Independent Living experienceProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
