Front Office Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Support Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing a variety of tasks and supporting our team.Primary ResponsibilitiesDaily maintenance of the office’s organizational culture by keeping the smoothie bar stocked, sorting and filing magazines as they arrive and keeping up with office supplies.Ownership of office cleanliness, tidiness and overall aesthetic improvement.Support of office vendors for cleaning and maintenance.Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing incoming mail, filing, and organizing documents.Assist with scheduling and coordination of meetings and appointments.Prepare and distribute communications as needed.Handle various requests and inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service.Support general office needs and contribute to a positive work environment.Process tickets and assist with training.Propose creative solutions to elevate company cultural events and capitalize on routine corporate gatherings.This individual should possess the following skills/traitExcellent customer service skills.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Strong management and organizational skills.Ability to negotiate and coordinate with vendors.Ability to find the positive in any situation.The desire to work in a fast paced environment.Ability to adapt to growth within our rapidly expanding company.
