Position: Construction Program RepLocation: North Kingstown, RI 02852Schedule: On-site, 5x a week (7am-3pm)Pay Rate: $55-65/hourDuration: 12 month contract to hireMust-Have Qualifications:5+ years of project management experienceBachelor’s degree in a science, engineering, business, or related fieldStrong data analysis skillsProficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceNice to Have Skills & Experience:Experience managing or influencing teamsEngineering backgroundPrior experience in operations, purchasing, or shipbuilding/manufacturing environmentsJob Description:Insight Global is seeking a Construction Program Representative to support submarine construction activity and increased integration demands across major Navy programs, the team is expanding to support higher production volume and tighter cost/schedule performance goals. This Program Representative will support the Program Integration Directorate and work closely with Operations, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across major submarine programs.Daily responsibilities include:Facilitating and driving key decisions to achieve targeted construction and production resultsMeeting regularly with Operations, Engineering, and functional departments to monitor progress and resolve issuesTracking and analyzing financial and performance reports to identify trends, risks, and required corrective actionsMonitoring execution across both the COLUMBIA and VIRGINIA Class submarine programsEnsuring integrated staffing/resource plans across shared functional areasSupporting cost, schedule, quality, and continuous improvement initiativesEstablishing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)Identifying enterprise-level risks and implementing mitigation strategies
