Bilingual Behavioral Health Manager

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager (Bilingual, Spanish and English) to work remotely in the United States. Key Responsibilities Accept patient handoffs and continue care by developing rapport and a safe therapeutic environment Guide patients in skill development for managing problems and triggers, and monitor medication adherence Assess patient risk, formulate crisis interventions, and maintain required records while ensuring confidentiality Required Qualifications Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health discipline Bilingual in Spanish and English Proficient in Microsoft Word and Google Suite Experience with Electronic Medical Records and data entry Knowledge of CBT, Behavioral Health Assessments, and Motivational Interviewing
