Assistant DesignerPosition Type: Full-Time / OnsiteSalary Range: 60 – 65KJob Department: Home décor, Storage organizationESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Designer to support the development of home décor and storage organization products. This role involves creating and recoloring artwork, editing product photography, developing packaging visuals, and producing presentation-ready materials. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, has a strong eye for design and color, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.· Create and recolor artwork for home décor and storage products· Edit and retouch product photography for packaging and presentations· Create lifestyle imagery and realistic product mockups· Support packaging design and product development projects· Maintain organized Photoshop and Illustrator files· Assist with catalogs and presentation materials as needed· Collaborate with creative and product development teams to meet deadlines· Perform related duties as assigned.COMPETENCIES· Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.· Excellent photo retouching, editing, and packaging visualization skills.· Experience with photography, packaging design, and product mockups· Understanding of packaging design, composition, lighting, color correction, and visual presentation.· Ability to create high-quality lifestyle imagery and realistic product mockups.· Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain layered and production-ready files.· Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred. 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, home décor, packaging, or consumer products
