AML Manager

Responsibilities Prepare and file SAR/CTR forms as requiredAssist with the development and management of Casino AML teamPerform QA on submitted SARs from AML teamProvide assistance in preparing for software upgrades and developments to AML database and software systemsOversee the investigations conducted by AML AnalystsAssure the adherence to all AML policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with established and applicable regulatory framework by escalating concernsAct as mentor for Casino AML team by providing training and direction with tools to monitor, analyze, and report suspicious activityHandle file reviews of suspicious activity to ensure compliance with the Casino AML policies and procedures put in placeCoordinate with the operational team, which acts as the first line monitors and investigators of suspicious activityPrepare and oversee cases for escalationParticipate in compliance programs and initiativesEnsure the completion and proper analysis of suspicious activity reportsEnsure detailed and prompt investigation of all AML incidents and casesManage the resolution of cases through internal and external communicationsHelp with identifying any AML loopholes and coordinating projects to bridge those gapsMaintain a proper register of all incidents reported internally and externallyAll additional duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Bachelors' Degree Preferred, 5 years direct AML or related Casino experience.Must have good analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and solid organizational and communication skills.Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
