Memorial Hermann - - Responsibilities: Supervises shift security operations by maintaining scheduling and posting of security personnel, monitoring security calls for service, and reviewing/approving incident reports.; Coordinates security matters with nursing administrator on duty as required.; Conducts roll calls to ensure personnel are available and prepared for duty; provides briefings for relieving supervisory personnel.; Performs Security Officer duties to maintain security in building, lots, and grounds; responds to security and emergency situations; assists patients, visitors and staff with security needs.; Promotes adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and standards; ensures safe care and efficient service.
